Allegri enters the list of candidates to succeed Pochettino in Tottenham
Italian Massimiliano Allegri has entered the list of candidates to take over Tottenham in the event of the departure of Mauricio Pochettino in the coming period.
Allegri has been out of training for a year after leaving Juventus last summer, where he has won five Serie A titles and twice the Champions League final.
The 52-year-old is on the table if he decides to give up Mauricio Pochettino.
The sources added that Tottenham are fully aware of the intentions of his Argentine coach, who recently expressed his desire to take on a new challenge with a new club, after five years in north London.
Disputes between Pochettino and Tottenham officials have intensified since the start of the summer transfer market, with the young coach hinting that everything is not going well because his demands have not been accepted.
Massimiliano Allegri heads the list of coaches for Tottenham if Pochettino is gone, and names such as Leicester City coach Brendan Rodgers are also on the list.
