Zidane is betting on Hazard to win the derby against Atletico Madrid
MADRID (Reuters) - Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane said he was confident Eden Hazard would be fit for Saturday's match against Atletico Madrid in the seventh round of La Liga.
Hazard joined Real on a five-year deal from Chelsea for £ 130m, but missed the first three league games with a thigh injury.
Since then, the Belgian winger has played three games and scored no goals, but Zidane said he was confident of his success despite his slow start.
"Hazard will show his strength and his footballing experience at any moment. He did it against Sevilla. Of course everyone expects more of him and he is aware of it. We are behind him and he is with us.

With regard to Hazard's participation in the first Madrid derby, he replied: "This type of player is ready for these kinds of big games, I will not question the ability of Hazard or any of the other players, we focus on playing in a great game.
"We know it will be complicated and we will have to do everything right from the first minute until the last minute. We have to be prepared for all odds and do our best," he said.
